How to place a wager

Follow one example from selecting an event to placing the wager. We'll use a standard Australian Football (AFL) match winner market to demonstrate the flow.

Find an event

Browse Sports or Racing and choose the event you want to wager on. Use the main navigation or search filter systems.

Use sport and event filters to find available pre-match and active live markets.

Choose your outcome

Select the odds for the outcome you want to wager on. Once clicked, the button highlights to confirm your target.

Selecting the odds adds that outcome instantly to your Bet Slip in the right sidebar.

Critical requirement

Selecting odds does NOT place the wager. Entering a stake does NOT place the wager. The wager is submitted only when you choose PLACE BET.
